Elite Soccer 360 – Refund & Return Policy (UK & EU Compliant)
At Elite Soccer 360, we are committed to providing high-quality football kits and a reliable shopping experience. This policy applies to all online orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day the order is delivered.
To be eligible, the item must remain in unused, unworn, unwashed condition and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Important:
Under the law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when exercising their cooling-off right, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Elite Soccer 360 does not cover return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
2. Non-Refundable Items (Legal Exceptions)
According to UK/EU law, the following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded:

Customised or personalised items, such as kits with player names, numbers, patches, or special requests

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items missing tags, packaging, or in non-resellable condition

Clearance or promotional sale items
Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.
3. Change of Mind (Size, Colour, or Preference)
If you selected the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind:

You may request a return within 14 days, provided the item meets all eligibility conditions.

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

This includes the cost of sending the item back to us.

In the case of an exchange, the customer also pays the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Elite Soccer 360 does not reimburse postage for change-of-mind returns.
This is fully compliant with UK and EU distance-selling regulations.
4. Refunds for Standard Shipping Costs (Legal Requirement)
When exercising the legal 14-day right of withdrawal:

The customer is entitled to a refund of the standard delivery cost originally paid.

Any upgraded or express shipping chosen by the customer will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery rate.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Elite Soccer 360 will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Elite Soccer 360 covers all shipping costs in these situations (both return postage and replacement postage).
Please report faulty or incorrect items immediately and include photos where relevant.
